Wu Gong is a simple training system put together by Professor Wong: 'First you must make the body strong, then you can learn how to use every part of the body in coordination, as one with your Qi (energy). That is the way to keep the body healthy.'

It begins with strong foundations. Kids classes cover the essential components of martial arts that will help them with any other sport they do, and increase their concentration and discipline for studies in a fun, safe and serious environment.
Our senior instructors are registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners. Rest assured each class is conducted in a safe, healthy environment and there are people onsite not only with First Aid training but with Chinese Medicine knowledge to help you on your path to being the best 'you'.
